This research aims to examine the impact of bullying on psychological well-being. Furthermore, the study investigates the effect of peer support on psychological well-being. An additional objective is to explore the mediating role of emotional resilience. This study adopts a quantitative research design, grounded in a positivist research philosophy, which emphasizes objective measurement and statistical analysis. The population of the study consists of students from Thal University in Bhakkar, with a total population of 600 students. A sample size of 300 students was selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire. To analyze the data, the study employs SPSS and Smart PLS. The findings of this study reveal that bullying has a significant negative impact on psychological well-being, highlighting the harmful effects of bullying on individuals' mental health. Conversely, peer support is found to have a positive effect on psychological well-being, emphasizing the importance of supportive social relationships in promoting mental health. Additionally, emotional resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between bullying, peer support, and psychological well-being, suggesting that individuals with higher emotional resilience are better able to cope with bullying and benefit more from peer support.
