A sample size of 150 students was selected from the University of Sargodha, and the random sampling technique was used. The target population of this research comprised undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of disciplines. Furthermore, for analyzing the data in SPSS, Correlation and regression analyses were used. As the results of the correlation study showed a moderate to high correlation between the independent variable and dependent variable with a statistically significant positive correlation of 0.603 (p < 0.01). The IV explains 36.4% of the variation in DV (R2 = 0.364), and has a standardized coefficient (Beta) of 0.603, demonstrating a moderate to substantial positive impact, according to the regression analysis. Even though the hypothesis is statistically significant (p = 0.000, F = 84.769), the IV cannot explain 63.6% of the variability in DV.
